Kelly is a graduate of Fairmont State University, where she received her bachelor’s degree in Allied Health Administration. She has over 18 years of experience in the insurance industry handling claims in multiple jurisdictions. She joined WVcorp in 2021 as a Property and Casualty Specialist and recently assumed the role of Litigation Specialist.
