Mike joined our team in 2014. He has a bachelor’s degree in International Business from Grove City College and a background in commercial insurance. Mike began his career as a Risk Consultant with Federated Insurance where he assessed the exposures of commercial accounts and worked with them directly to mitigate risk. He was a field trainer before moving on to a position with ISO where he focused on property inspections and underwriting survey work. He started in our Risk Control department before becoming our Member Experience Manager. He has trained thousands of public sector employees on safety and human resources and was the recipient of the World Safety Organization’s 2018 Concerned Citizen of the Year Award for his work in the field of risk management.
